Though not very common in most distant islands from Male' the capital, my intention was to implement a collegial approach in the management. Taking views from all the stakeholder as well as distributing authority among capable staff was something which boosted the progress of the school.
whether people believe it or not I am certain that the use of collegial approach and proper contribution of the stakeholders (teachers, administrative staff, parents, students and the community) provided the gateway for the school to progress so rapidly within a short period.
